London-based company 11xAI has secured $2 million in funding to expand its U.S. market presence and develop two new automated digital workers, 'Samantha' and 'Alfred'. The company aims to help employees shift away from repetitive tasks and focus on creative work.

11xAI, founded by Hasan Sukkar, launched its AI-powered service with the funding round led by Project A Ventures. The round also saw participation from No Label Ventures, Tiny Ventures, Felipe Navio, and Mandeep Singh. The company currently has six engineers and plans to grow this team with the new funds.

The first digital worker, 'Alice', specialises in AI-driven sales development. Future workers include 'James' for automated talent acquisition and 'Bob' for HR tasks. Sukkar believes autonomous agents are the key to the future of work.
