American Express Offers Exclusive Cruise Benefits

American Express cardholders can now enjoy a range of exclusive benefits when booking cruises through AmEx Travel. These perks include onboard credits, unique amenities, and more, applicable to a variety of cruise lines and cabins.

Eligible cardholders can receive $100 to $300 of onboard credits per stateroom, redeemable for dining, spa services, and other perks. These credits are applied to the final bill at the end of the cruise. American Express partners with 18 different cruise lines, offering a variety of benefits across different price points, travel dates, and selected cabins.

Reservations booked through AmEx Travel come with exclusive amenities unique to each cruise line. These can include premium wine, assorted canapés, spa vouchers, and behind-the-scenes ship tours. Additionally, the Amex Cruise Privileges program offers complimentary land packages and onboard credits. All eligible American Express cards that earn Membership Rewards receive 2x points when booking cruises through AmEx Travel.

Eligible American Express cards for these benefits include the American Express Platinum Card®, The Business Platinum Card® from American Express, The Centurion® Card, and The Business Centurion® Card. To receive these cruise benefits, reservations must be booked through AmEx Travel, the cruise must be at least five days long with double occupancy, the cardholder must travel on the cruise, and an eligible American Express card must be used to pay for the trip.
