In the heart of Mumbai, Nilaya Anthology, a design destination developed by Asian Paints, now boasts an extraordinary sound system thanks to SoundTube Entertainment. This innovative audio solution, designed by Munro Acoustics and integrator Innovative Systems & Solutions (ISSPL), was meticulously crafted to deliver ambient music and clear, localized audio for video displays.
The installation at Nilaya Anthology featured an impressive array of SoundTube speakers. Ninety-two CM42-EZS-II in-ceiling speakers, two SM31-EZ surface-mount speakers, three CM52-BGM-II-WH in-ceiling speakers, two IPD4-CM52-BGM-II-WH Dante-enabled in-ceiling speakers, five GR-CM-BGM-II-BK in-ceiling speakers (black), thirty IPD-HUB2 PoE-enabled DSP amplifiers, twenty-six RVC remote volume controls, and four IPD-EXT BOX units were installed.
Utkarsh Naidu, TechFlow Consultant at Munro Acoustics, praised SoundTube speakers for making the space come alive sonically while visually disappearing. Inside the galleries, CM42-EZS-II ceiling speakers delivered smooth, evenly distributed audio that blended seamlessly into the architecture.
Outdoor areas, such as landscaped courtyards, were enhanced with eight Rockustics OmniPlanter 8.0-GG outdoor speakers. These speakers were praised for their ability to look like part of the garden while still projecting audio beautifully.
The sound system was integrated with Q-SYS processors, handling both music and video audio streams, with local adjustments made through SoundTube RVC controls. The IPD-Hub2 and IPD-EXT BOX units extended Dante and PoE connectivity across zones, allowing for minimal cabling and flexible audio distribution.
