Auto manufacturer Hozon preparations to reveal Neta L model at Auto China 2024 in Beijing
Hozon Auto, a Chinese electric car manufacturer, is set to unveil its latest offering, the Neta L, at Auto China 2024 in Beijing. The Neta L, aimed at the competitive electric sport utility vehicle (SUV) segment, promises to cater to young families as its primary market.
The Neta L will be available in two versions: pure electric and extended-range (EREV). The EREV variant of the Neta L is claimed to offer a combined range of up to 1,070 kilometers. For the pure electric version, CATL's Shenxing battery technology will be used, while Hozi Technology will be leveraged for the EREV version.
The Neta L boasts a sleek exterior design, measuring 4.77 meters in length, 1.9 meters in width, and 1.66 meters in height. The vehicle also features a unique interior combination, including a television, refrigerator, and sofa, which is not commonly found in its class. The Neta L also has a wheelbase of 2.81 meters.
In addition to its physical features, the Neta L will also incorporate Neta GPT, a new artificial intelligence technology. This technology will offer users a 'smarter Neta assistant' and 'redefine the experience of intelligent cockpits.'
Deliveries for the Neta L are expected to commence in April this year, initially in one country, and expand to a total of 20 countries during the second half of this year. The company that developed the Neta L electric SUV is Neta, and the premiere of this vehicle variant will take place in Hefei, China.
The Neta L was first announced in January, marking an exciting addition to the electric vehicle market. With its unique features and target market, the Neta L is poised to make a significant impact in the competitive SUV segment. The CEO of Neta, Zhang Yong, previously announced on his personal WeChat account that deliveries would commence in April, adding to the anticipation surrounding this new electric car.
