Big Horn Armory Adds Painted Wood Stocks to Model 89 Black Thunder and White Lightning
Big Horn Armory, renowned for its tactical lever-action rifles, now offers painted wood stocks for its Model 89 Black Thunder and Model 89 White Lightning. This upgrade, available as a factory option, provides a modern twist on classic western lines.
The painted stocks are crafted from wood and coated with a two-part Polane polyurethane enamel. This durable finish resists abrasion, impact, and chemicals, ensuring longevity even in harsh conditions. The stocks are available in two color schemes: gray with black webbing or black with gray webbing, combining custom aesthetics with durability.
The Model 89 Black Thunder and Model 89 White Lightning are chambered in the powerful .500 S&W Magnum. They feature stainless-steel construction, a factory-installed Scout rail for optics, and a hunter-friendly curved lever. The painted stocks are hand-finished and coated with industrial-grade Polane paint, also used on heavy-duty machinery and precision bolt-action rifles.
Big Horn Armory's painted wood stocks for the Model 89 Black Thunder and Model 89 White Lightning offer a blend of classic style and modern durability. The customizable aesthetics and robust finish make these tactical lever guns stand out, while the powerful .500 S&W Magnum chambering ensures they perform as well as they look.
