Castelli Unveils Do.Di.Ci Jacket for Autumn Riding
Castelli has unveiled its latest cycling jacket, the Do.Di.Ci, designed to tackle autumn's unpredictable temperatures and weather. This innovative jacket is set to replace the iconic Gabba, focusing on breathability and comfort in cool, dry conditions.
The Do.Di.Ci jacket stands out with its exceptional air permeability of three cubic feet per minute, making it 12 times more breathable than the Gabba. This ensures rapid sweat evaporation, keeping cyclists dry and comfortable during intense rides.
Castelli has achieved this remarkable breathability through its Ristretto technology, a PFAS-free material developed in collaboration with ITTTAI. The jacket also features three rear pockets, a full-length YKK Vision zipper, and reflective piping for enhanced visibility and practicality.
The Do.Di.Ci is suitable for temperatures between 8-15°C (46-59°F) and can be layered with a warmer baselayer to expand its temperature range. It is available in short and long sleeve versions for men and a long-sleeve version for women, in various colors to cater to diverse preferences.
The Do.Di.Ci jacket is priced at £250/$280 for the long-sleeve version and £220/$240 for the short sleeve. With its unmatched breathability, wind protection, and practical features, the Do.Di.Ci is poised to become a staple for cyclists seeking comfort and performance in cool, dry autumn conditions.
