Chainlink now offers LINK stakers tokens from various other projects as rewards.

Network participation on Chainlink will now be incentivized with reward tokens through a fresh community engagement program.

Unleashing Chainlink Rewards: A Community-Driven Incentive Program

Let's shake things up! Here's the lowdown on Chainlink's fresh new initiative, Chainlink Rewards. This bad boy is a community-engagement program aimed at boosting participation within the Chainlink Network.

So, what's the deal? Projects nestled in the Chainlink ecosystem, like Space and Time and its SXT token, can now reward eligible Chainlink node operators and curious souls who stake LINK tokens. This incentive system is all about making the network's oracle services more rock-solid, encouraging LINK stakers to stand by the network.

Picture This: The first salvo of this incentive program will be with Space and Time, a mover-and-shaker in Chainlink's ecosystem. Stand by on May 8, eligible LINK stakers, because you'll be able to claim a whopping 2% of the SXT token supply! What's more, an additional 2% of SXT tokens will be stashed away for a future Chainlink Rewards activation.

To ensure the OG stakers get their just desserts, users must've been staking LINK prior to a March 31 snapshot. That way, the heavyweights and long-term supporters of the LINK token will reap the rewards, while also opening up the opportunity for smaller stakers to hop aboard the Season Genesis launch.

A Closer Look:The Chainlink Rewards program is a piece of the Chainlink Build program, designed to boost the growth of early-stage and established projects within the Chainlink ecosystem. This program provides top-shelf go-to-market support, priority access to services, and more. From decentralized infrastructure (DePIN) projects to stablecoins, NFTs, and beyond, Chainlink's Build program is chock-full of exciting Web3 protocols.

In exchange for these snazzy services, these protocols will set aside a portion of their token supply for the Chainlink ecosystem—including LINK stakers.

Get ready, because it's gonna be a wild ride! 🧵👇
