Cobalt Digital to First Appear at International Sign Expo

At this year's Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) event, taking place from February 4 to 7 in Fira de Barcelona, Gran Via, Cobalt Digital is set to make its debut exhibition with a showcase of its innovative signal processing solutions. The company will be stationed at Booth 5F600, where it will exhibit a range of products designed to address the growing need for IP and multiformat capabilities in the broadcast and media industry.

IP-Based Multiviewer

Cobalt Digital's IP multiviewer technology is at the forefront of their offering, designed to provide efficient monitoring and management of multiple video streams within IP workflows. Compliant with the latest industry standards like ST 2110, these multiviewers are poised to revolutionise professional media over IP networks.

Multiformat Routers and Controllers

The company's multiformat routers and control systems offer versatile routing capabilities that handle various broadcast formats, facilitating seamless switching and integration across mixed environments including SDI and IP infrastructure.

ST 2110 Mini Converters

Compact and powerful, Cobalt Digital's ST 2110 mini converters enable conversion between ST 2110 IP streams and traditional SDI signals, aiding broadcasters in transitioning towards fully IP-based production and distribution workflows.

Audio Monitors

Cobalt Digital's audio monitors provide precision audio level monitoring, integrating seamlessly into broadcast and production ecosystems to ensure accurate audio quality control in complex IP and multiformat setups.

UltraBlue IP-MV Multiviewers

The UltraBlue IP-MV multiviewers, a key part of Cobalt Digital's portfolio, feature an intuitive web interface and are designed to grow with a customer's needs. Mosaic configurations are customisable on multiple HDMI screens, with graphic overlays, ancillary data, and tallies available. These multiviewers support receiving audio/video content over IP across a variety of protocols and formats, with flexible audio routing.

COBALT WAVE Routers

The COBALT WAVE routers are optimised for 12G SDI operation but handle lower SDI rates with ease, as well as ASI and MADI. These routers support signals up to 12G-SDI and feature full-size BNC connectors, a single Ethernet port for IP-based control, and RP-168 switching support.

Cobalt's Commitment to IPMX and SMPTE ST 2110

Cobalt Digital's ongoing focus includes IPMX compliance and innovations around the SMPTE ST 2110 standard, aligning with industry trends towards IP-based broadcast operations. The company will support the AIMS Alliance with product demos at ISE 20XX.

Pro AV Applications

In addition to their broadcast offerings, Cobalt Digital will showcase a cross section of products addressing pro AV applications at Booth 5F600. The company's UltraBlue IP-MV multiviewers are available as a software package to run on customer-supplied dedicated hardware.

Cobalt Digital's presence at ISE 20XX marks an exciting step in the company's evolution, as they continue to push the boundaries of IP and multiformat solutions for the broadcast and media industry.
