Confirmed Nissan Micra Pricing Revealed
New Nissan Micra Now Available with Electric Car Grant Discount
The Nissan Micra has been confirmed as eligible for the UK Electric Car Grant (ECG), offering buyers a discount of £1,500 on new orders completed before August 2025.
The electric Nissan Micra comes equipped with a range of standard features, including 18-inch alloy wheels, a 10-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Google Maps and voice control, and a heat pump to improve winter efficiency.
The entry-level Nissan Micra Engage is priced at £22,995 after the ECG discount, while the higher-spec Micra Advance is available with a 40kWh battery for £24,995 or a Comfort Range 52kWh NMC battery for £26,995.
The Micra Advance model offers additional features such as adaptive cruise control, a bigger digital driver's readout, 48-way ambient interior lighting, and more. The Micra Advance with the 52kWh battery has a WLTP range of 260 miles.
The Micra shares its platform, batteries, and major parts with the Renault 5, but it remains unclear whether both models will be eligible for the same ECG discount.
Nissan believes the Micra will be eligible for the grant, but confirmation is pending from the government's Office of Zero Emissions. Four Citroën models, including the e-C3, have been confirmed for the £1,500 Electric Car Grant.
The new electric Nissan Micra is now available for ordering, providing an affordable and efficient electric vehicle option for UK drivers.
