Data-centric Economy or Data Referent Economy
The Bitkom team, a highly qualified and dedicated group focused on advancing digital policy, innovation, and economic transformation related to data economy and technology sectors, is seeking an Advisor on Data Economy (f/m/d). This role is perfect for individuals passionate about the Digital Economy and data-driven business models.
As an Advisor, you will be working in a multidisciplinary team with a unique network of digital experts. Your responsibilities will include organising and moderating expert events, conferences, and representing Bitkom in panel discussions or as a speaker. You will also be expected to align political positions with member companies and represent them towards politics and the public.
The job is aimed at those particularly interested in data processing for new technologies, cooperations, and business models. You will be managing and coordinating projects related to the development of the German and European data meta and creating position papers and technical guidelines with a focus on the user perspective and practical implementation.
In addition to your organisational talent and ability to work independently, you will need to have a quick understanding and the ability to clearly and understandably present complex issues. You will also have access to training opportunities through the Bitkom Academy and in-house training, and will be part of an entrepreneurial environment with flat hierarchies.
To be eligible for this role, you must have completed your studies in fields such as economics, business administration, computer science, or communication with outstanding results. You will need to be self-confident, persuasive, and have diplomatic skills, and enjoy working in a team and being motivated to make a difference.
