As a Growth Analyst, you will be responsible for providing actionable insights and recommendations to cross-functional teams to support product and marketing decisions. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with teams and stakeholders to understand business needs and define growth objectives.
- Utilizing analytics platforms such as Mixpanel and GA4 to track user behavior, identify trends, and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns or product changes.
- Analyzing payment and subscription data from Stripe to assess revenue streams and customer lifecycle.
- Leveraging Google Optimize for A/B testing to improve website or product user experience and conversion rates.
- Monitoring and reporting on KPIs with dashboards and detailed reports for decision-makers.
- Recommending data-driven changes to marketing, sales funnels, or product to drive growth.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will collaborate with the marketing team, assist in the development and optimization of landing pages, and support the integration and optimization of marketing automation tools with analytics systems.
