Exciting news for eGov Mobile users! Now, you can access a digital document containing guardianship and ward info, aged 18 and above, right from the palm of your hand. This info comes straight from NIT's (National Information Technologies) Department of Corporate Communications, based on data from the "E-Social Support" system.
This comprehensive digital document includes essential details such as:
- Guardian's IIN and full name, date of birth,
- Ward's IIN and full name, date of birth,
- Order number and date of appointment,
- And a "Valid as of date."
To ensure authenticity, a handy QR code is provided. Just scan it, and voila, the digital document pops up, valid for 24 hours.
Once you've confirmed your legal representative status within the app, simply click "Update Documents" in the "Digital Documents" section, and the electronic order will appear. Why is this important, you ask? Well, it comes in handy when you need proof of guardianship status for official purposes like claiming state benefits, dealing with banks, medical institutions, or other organizations.
