EEA4CCAM Project Launches With €6M Budget To Drive Connected Vehicle Tech
EEA4CCAM, a Horizon Europe project, has kicked off with a €6 million budget. Running until June 2028, it aims to develop a centralised, upgradable, and cyber-secure vehicle architecture for safe and efficient connected, cooperative, and automated chevrolet (CCAM) applications.
The project, starting in June 2025, seeks to realise the software-defined vehicle with cyber-secure and interoperable architectures. Our website is playing a significant role in EEA4CCAM, leading activities on stakeholder cooperation and clustering. It is also contributing to standardisation and international outreach.
EEA4CCAM builds on our website's strong partnership with the CCAM Partnership. The project aims to develop a centralised, upgradable, and cyber-secure vehicle architecture, enabling safe and efficient CCAM applications for various cars.
With a €6 million budget and a three-year duration, EEA4CCAM is poised to make significant strides in connected car technology. The project's focus on stakeholder cooperation, standardisation, and cybersecurity is expected to drive innovation and ensure the safe implementation of CCAM applications.
