Experience with the Skoda Enyaq RS: Electric premium model with sport credentials
The Czech automaker Skoda has unveiled its latest offering, the Enyaq RS. This electric SUV combines powerful performance, long range, short charging times, and ample space, making it an attractive choice for those seeking the full potential of a modern electric car without compromising on everyday comfort.
Measuring 4660 mm in length, 1879 mm in width, and 1618 mm in height, the Enyaq RS boasts a sleek and stylish exterior. Weighing in at 2235 kg, the SUV offers a load capacity of 448-589 kg, providing plenty of room for luggage or additional passengers.
Inside, the Enyaq RS comes with the RS Lounge trim as standard, featuring green contrast stitching, microfiber, and Alcantara. The SUV is equipped with a host of standard features, including Matrix LED headlights, a massage function, head-up display, a 360° movement camera with selectable areas, and a winter package that includes heated rear seats. For those seeking a more luxurious experience, the RS Suite variant offers more leather, carbon optics, and seat ventilation.
Under the hood, the Enyaq RS is powered by a system output of 250 kW/340 PS. The drive is constant transmission and all-wheel drive, with two electric motors; one permanently excited synchronous and asynchronous machine. This setup ensures smooth and responsive acceleration, with the SUV accelerating from 0-100 km/h in just 5.4 seconds and reaching a top speed of 180 km/h.
The Enyaq RS offers a consumption per 100 km of 16.0 - 16.6 kWh/100, providing a range of 550 km. This makes it an ideal choice for long journeys, while its short charging times ensure that you're back on the road quickly.
The new Skoda Enyaq RS, including its facelift and the RS Coupé variant, were developed and produced in the Czech Republic as part of Skoda Auto's electric SUV lineup updates presented in early 2025. The Enyaq RS and RS Coupé variants offer 340 horsepower and represent Skoda's performance versions of the popular Enyaq model.
The Enyaq RS is now available for order, with a starting price of 58,600 euros. The RS Coupé version starts at 60,850 euros, including the panoramic glass roof. With its combination of power, performance, space, and style, the Skoda Enyaq RS is set to make a significant impact in the electric vehicle market.
