FanDuel Partners with Amazon Prime Video for Official NBA & WNBA Odds
FanDuel, a leading sports betting operator, has inked a deal with Amazon Prime to become the official odds provider for NBA and WNBA games. The partnership brings real-time betting features to Prime users, with NBA on Prime analyst Blake Griffin serving as an ambassador for FanDuel's NBA offering.
The collaboration allows users to link their FanDuel account to their Prime profile, enabling real-time bet tracking. Odds View, a new feature, will display live nba scores, lines, and probabilities, along with contextual overlays for NBA games. Griffin, a six-time NBA All-Star, will promote FanDuel through creative campaigns, on-air integrations, and live events.
Shares in Flutter Entertainment plc, FanDuel's parent company, closed 10.33% lower at $254.00 per share. Despite this, the partnership is seen as a significant milestone by Mike Raffensperger, president of FanDuel Sports. Danielle Carney, head of US video and live sports sales at Amazon Ads, emphasizes the importance of partnering with brands that enhance the fan experience.
With this partnership, NBA and WNBA fans on Prime can now enjoy an enhanced viewing experience, thanks to FanDuel's bet tracking and Odds View features. Blake Griffin's involvement as an ambassador further strengthens the collaboration, bringing fans closer to the action.
