FiiO's New Tiny DAC & Amp: Hi-Res Audio on a Budget
FiiO has introduced the Tiny, a compact and affordable DAC and headphone amplifier. Priced at £19.99/$19.99, it's now available on Amazon, offering hi-res audio playback from various devices. The Tiny is designed for wired headphones and IEMs, featuring a metal body and T-shaped side output to minimise cable strain.
The Tiny supports PCM audio up to 384kHz/32-bit and DSD256 decoding, compatible with hi-res streams from popular music services. It supports inline control for headphone remotes and microphones, with an RGB LED indicating the current sampling rate. The device features a DSP chip for 10-band parametric EQ adjustment via the FiiO Control app or web interface.
FiiO offers two versions of the Tiny: Tiny A with USB-C pass-through charging and Tiny B with dual audio outputs. The Tiny is compatible with Android, iOS, Windows, macOS, and Linux, supporting UAC 2.0 and UAC 1.0 modes for gaming hardware.
