Nurbank Celebrates Digital Banking Progress with Integrated Money Transfers
Nurbank has embarked on the digital transformation of its banking services, introducing the option to send money transfers through the "Golden Crown" system within its mobile application, as well as becoming the first bank in Kazakhstan to offer clients online access to receive such transfers directly through the Nur24.kz application.
"Golden Crown" is a widely-used service for swift transfers, procured without account-opening formalities, operating in numerous countries. Presently, the system caters to more than 20,000 service points across over 50 countries worldwide. Its network comprises banking partners, postal operators, and retail chains.
One of the critical advantages of the transfer service entails the option to choose a convenient transfer currency: KZT, USD, EUR, or RUB. The essential information needed to transfer money is the recipient's country, full name, and mobile phone number. The service prioritizes security, adhering to international data encryption standards, and transfers usually take merely a few seconds. Notably, there is zero percent commission when sending in Tenge, with differences in transfer and receipt currencies.
To receive transferred funds, the service is accessible around the clock (24/7), crediting funds to the card within seconds. The service's conditions include availability in KZT and limiting daily transfers to five or 15 per month, depending on the frequency.
Nurbank's Chairperson, Gulnara Musatayeva, praised the development, remarking that the integration of sending and receiving transfers via the "Golden Crown" system in the Nur24.kz mobile application illustrates Nurbank's focus on improving digital banking for clients.
The ARRFR issued License No. 1.2.15/193 on 3 February 2020 for Nurbank. The Money Transfer Operator and "Golden Crown" Payment System Operator is "Payment Center" RNKO, headquartered at 86 Kirrova Street, Novosibirsk. "Payment Center" RNKO reserves the right to refuse service.
