Mahindra & Mahindra, an Indian automaker, is making waves in the global electric vehicle (EV) market with the introduction of the Mahindra BE 6. This SUV is part of Mahindra's new NU_IQ platform, a series of electric SUVs designed to establish a strong presence in premium international markets.
The BE 6, showcased at the London Formula-e races, is equipped with a 79 kWh or a 59 kWh battery pack, offering a range of up to 682 km or 535 km respectively. With these options, the BE 6 delivers a maximum output of 285 bhp or 230 bhp depending on the battery pack chosen.

The BE 6 is priced between ₹19.40 lakh and ₹27.65 lakh (ex-showroom), making it an accessible option for those seeking a high-quality, technologically advanced electric SUV. Early sales figures suggest a strong demand for the BE 6, with over 6,300 units of the BE 6 and XEV 9e delivered in just 1.5 months.
