His leadership at GRC and Ideagen involved managing global commercial functions through periods of complex restructuring and aggressive growth across multiple regions.
At Appgate, a cybersecurity SaaS company, Pearson spent over seven years creating and running the international business across EMEA and APAC from its inception. He was instrumental in quadrupling revenue in these regions and led the commercial team through a major multi-billion-dollar acquisition and subsequent carve-out.
Pearson's tenure at CSC saw him leading the EMEA Cyber Security business unit, adding to his deep experience in cybersecurity and enterprise software sectors.
