Latvian Tech Firm ZZ Dats Launches AI-Powered Road Maintenance Platform in 2023
Latvian IT company ZZ Dats Ltd is developing a digital platform to enhance road maintenance using AI and AI. The platform, set to launch in 2023, will identify issues like potholes and poorly visible signs in real-time, aiding informed decisions and safer roads.
ZZ Dats Ltd, a Latvian IT company with 260 professionals, specialises in web-based solutions and digitisation. The company is creating a digital platform to improve road maintenance efficiency. The platform will use AI and AI to identify road defects such as potholes and cracks, as well as poorly visible signs, in real-time.
To enhance the platform's capabilities, ZZ Dats invites citizens to send photos of road defects to '[email protected]'. These images will be used to train the AI, ensuring it can accurately identify and categorise issues. The platform aims to reduce response times and ensure safer roads by providing maintenance crews with up-to-date information.
The project, led by Edžus Žeiris, Director of ZZ Dats, is expected to significantly improve road maintenance efficiency in Latvia. The digital platform, set to launch in 2023, will use AI and AI to identify road issues in real-time, enabling informed decisions and timely repairs. Citizens are encouraged to contribute by sending photos of road defects to '[email protected]'.
