Launched in India: New Vivo Y31 and Y31 Pro, their details and prices offered
In a recent announcement, Vivo has launched its latest smartphones, the Vivo Y31 and Y31 Pro, in India. These devices are now available for purchase via Flipkart, Vivo India e-store, and offline retail outlets, offering zero down payment options for both devices.
The Vivo Y31 is powered by the Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 chipset, coupled with up to 6GB RAM and 128GB storage. The Vivo Y31 Pro, on the other hand, is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 5G chipset, paired with 8GB RAM and up to 256GB UFS 3.1 storage.
Pricing for the Vivo Y31 starts at Rs 14,999 for the 4GB+128GB variant, and Rs 16,499 for the 6GB+128GB variant. The Vivo Y31 Pro is available at Rs 18,999 for the 8GB+128GB variant and Rs 20,999 for the 8GB+256GB variant.
Both the Vivo Y31 and Y31 Pro come equipped with FHD+ displays and dual stereo speakers, providing an immersive multimedia experience. The Y31 Pro also offers a 6.72-inch FHD+ panel with a 120Hz refresh rate and a 1,050 nits peak brightness, ensuring smooth and vibrant visuals. The Y31 features a 6.8-inch panel with a 120Hz refresh rate and TÜV Rheinland low blue light certification, ensuring a comfortable viewing experience.
The Vivo Y31 Pro boasts a 50MP main camera, 2 2MP Bokeh cameras, and supports 4K recording. The Y31 does not have any new camera specifications mentioned in this announcement.
Launch offers for both devices include up to Rs 1,500 instant cashback with select banks. Additionally, OTT app subscriptions for Jio users are offered with both devices.
Both the Vivo Y31 and Y31 Pro come with long-lasting 6500mAh batteries and 44W fast charging. The Y31 Pro offers additional gaming features like Ultra Game Mode, Dual 10x Super Touch Control, 4D Game Vibration, and a graphite cooling system, enhancing the gaming experience.
Vivo Y31 Pro also features IP68 & IP69 water/dust resistance, SGS Premium Performance, Wet-Hand Touch, and One-Tap Water Ejection, providing extra durability. The Vivo Y31 offers V-Shield protection for added protection.
The Vivo Y31 and Y31 Pro smartphones will initially be available in India starting from the launch date. These devices will also be available in China, though specific details about the availability are yet to be announced.
