The series is a collaboration between Empire of Arkadia (EOA), Mocha Chai Laboratories (MCL), Japan's public media organisation NHK, and production house TV Man Union (TVU). It tells the story of Richie Chiang, a Singaporean gamer, who embarks on a quest to find his missing online girlfriend, Yuka Uchida, in Tokyo.
Anna Yamada from Japan and Shawn Thia from Singapore bring these characters to life. The executive producers, Michelle Chang (MCL) and Fotini Paraskakis (EOA), are thrilled to see the project come to life, describing it as an incredible experience.
