Manager responsible for overseeing blockchain technology integration and collaborations with product teams
Chainlink Labs, the primary developer of the decentralized computing platform Chainlink, is currently seeking a skilled Go-To-Market (GTM) team member. This role is focused on executing go-to-market strategies, closing high-value commercial agreements, and coordinating cross-functional efforts among marketing, sales, product, legal, and engineering teams.
As a GTM team member, your responsibilities will be centered around driving adoption of Chainlink products, closing commercial agreements with blockchain partners, and supporting and executing co-marketing campaigns and go-to-market initiatives. You will engage blockchain partners, assess market opportunities, and lead integration conversations.
In addition, you will be responsible for conducting market research, competitive analysis, and preparing market intelligence reports to inform GTM decisions. You will also collaborate on marketing strategies for institutional audiences, including campaign execution across paid, owned, and earned channels. Planning and facilitating customer-facing events like roundtables and networking to enhance partnership engagement is also part of your role.
Acting as a strategic interface across teams to ensure alignment on commercial, legal, and product priorities is another key aspect of this role. You will need to have a strong technical understanding of core blockchain concepts to excel in this position.
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 6 years of experience in B2B marketing or business development in fintech, financial services, capital markets, or blockchain sectors. Experience working with institutional audiences such as banks, asset managers, and financial institutions is essential. Strong communication skills tailored to institutional and blockchain-focused markets are a must.
Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects and collaborate across diverse teams is also required. Familiarity with blockchain technology and digital assets, especially as applied in capital markets, is considered a strong plus. Experience in closing high-value commercial agreements and managing partner relationships is highly desirable for this role.
All roles with Chainlink Labs are global and remote-based. It's worth noting that Chainlink Labs was ranked as one of the Global Top 100 Most Loved Workplaces by Newsweek 2025. The company is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity.
The role requires the ability to engage with multiple partners simultaneously to ensure a healthy integration pipeline that will materialize into multiple long-term blockchain partnerships. Candidates should have or be able to develop an understanding of or ability to develop an ISV approach for Chainlink Labs.
The role also involves driving internal alignment between GTM, finance, legal, and engineering on integration agreement execution and delivery timelines. The candidate should be able to overlap some working hours with Eastern Standard Time (EST). The job posting has a specified closing date, and candidates will hear from the company regarding the status of their application shortly after the closing date.
Chainlink is used by some of the world's largest financial institutions, including Swift, DTCC, and ANZ, and top Web3 teams like Aave, Compound, GMX, Maker, and Synthetix. If you have a track record of closing multi-million dollar deals and a deep passion for Web3 with extensive personal or professional exposure, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
