Moxy Hotels has opened its first Manchester location, Moxy Manchester City, in the bustling Spinningfields district. The nine-storey hotel, operated by KE Hotels, offers a blend of contemporary design and nods to the city's textile history.
Moxy Manchester City boasts 147 spacious guestrooms, each equipped with plush platform beds, a workspace, and walk-in showers. The hotel's design pays homage to its surroundings, featuring perforated metal cladding reminiscent of punch cards used in Jacquard looms.
The hotel's social hub, Bar Moxy, serves as the front desk and offers a 'Got Moxy' cocktail upon check-in. Guests can also enjoy an extensive drinks menu, including the signature Disco Diva cocktail served in a disco ball. A digital 'Guestbook' wall streams photos and videos shared by guests on social media.
