New Moniker, Introducing Fresh Lineup of Products
COM-IN Telekommunikations GmbH Announces New "Simple Internet" Products
In a move to shape the digital future locally, COM-IN Telekommunikations GmbH has announced the introduction of new "Simple Internet" products, set to launch in September. The new offerings aim to provide customised solutions for private customers, ranging from entry-level to gigabit connections, all based on the state-of-the-art FTTH fiber optic network that COM-IN has built in Ingolstadt and the surrounding region.
The new tariffs for the Simple Internet products are named Simple 150, Simple 300, Simple 600, and Simple 1000. These tariffs offer ultra-fast fiber optic connections, with fixed-line telephony available as an add-on. However, it's important to note that the new Simple Internet products do not include fixed-line telephony as an add-on by default, but can be requested separately or as a separate service.
Managing Director, Christian Siebendritt, explained that these new products are part of a further development of COM-IN's range, tailored to the needs of customers. The goal, according to Siebendritt, is to offer improved customer service and local support with the new tariffs and improved service at attractive conditions.
The bandwidths for the new Simple Internet products range from 35 euros per month. Existing customers' contracts will remain unchanged, and a switch to the new product model is possible upon request.
For more information about the new Simple Internet products, interested parties can contact COM-IN at the phone number 0841 88511-0. The website https://comin-glasfaser.de/privatkunden/ also provides more details.
It's worth noting that the new Simple Internet products do not include the services Simple Wifi, Simple Phone, and Simple Help. However, COM-IN is also offering these complementary services.
The press office/City of Ingolstadt is associated with the announcement of the new Simple Internet products. The name of the person who presented the new product at COM-IN Telekommunikations GmbH is not publicly available.
Lastly, it's important to mention that the new Simple Internet products do not include any advertisements.
