Abdirov, an experienced prosecutor with a background in regional and national leadership roles, aims to modernize the academy's educational programs with a focus on artificial intelligence (AI).

To achieve these goals, Abdirov aims to train certified prosecutors and law enforcement employees to effectively use AI in combating modern challenges, including cybercrime. He will also work to strengthen cooperation with relevant educational organizations of foreign countries, building on his current close ties with EU-funded project 'EU4Police' partners like the Netherlands, France, Spain, Lithuania, and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
