NinjaOne increases its presence on CrowdStrike's commercial platform

In a move aimed at simplifying IT and improving endpoint resilience, NinjaOne's automated endpoint management platform is now accessible through the CrowdStrike Marketplace. This partnership, first announced in May 2024, is expanding to combine NinjaOne's capabilities with CrowdStrike Falcon's endpoint protection tools.

NinjaOne's platform is designed to automate the management of endpoint devices, reducing manual tasks, increasing productivity, and lowering operational costs. With the growing number of endpoints in organizations, this partnership comes at a crucial time, addressing new security challenges and hurdles around patching, backup, and device management.

Daniel Bernard, chief business officer at CrowdStrike, commented that this partnership delivers the full-spectrum protection IT and security teams need to prioritize and accelerate response actions to stop breaches of endpoints from a single platform. Erzan Uygur, NinjaOne's vice president of business and corporate development, echoed this sentiment, stating that the move reinforces the company's commitment to helping customers simplify IT and improve endpoint resilience.

According to CrowdStrike's statement from last year, this unification equips organizations with the full-scope protection required to navigate the ever-evolving threat landscape. The combined capabilities aim to boost threat detection, investigation, and prevention for customers.

With the addition of NinjaOne's platform to the CrowdStrike Marketplace, Falcon customers can now benefit from simplified access to its automated endpoint management capabilities to complement their existing endpoint protection setups. This integration is intended to bridge the gaps between IT and security teams, providing a unified platform for managing and securing endpoint devices.

The NinjaOne platform serves more than 30,000 customers across more than 130 countries, and its expansion onto the CrowdStrike Marketplace is expected to further expand its reach. Meanwhile, other tech companies are also making moves to strengthen their positions. RingCentral has expanded its contact center capabilities with the acquisition of CommunityWFM, while Veracode has bolstered its leadership team for its next growth chapter. Kaseya, too, has made a double C-suite appointment to target new growth.

As the cybersecurity landscape continues to evolve, partnerships like this one between NinjaOne and CrowdStrike are likely to become increasingly common, as companies seek to provide comprehensive solutions to their customers' needs.
