Pacific Empire Raises C$1.4M for Trident Drill Program

Pacific Empire Minerals Corp. (PEMC) has successfully completed the first tranche of its non-brokered private placement, raising C$1,386,289.95. The funds will primarily support the 2025 diamond drill program at its Trident project and general working capital.

The private placement consisted of Hard Dollar Units at C$0.035 per unit and Flow-Through Units at C$0.04 per unit. Field crews have already mobilized to the Trident property in north-central British Columbia to prepare for the 2025 diamond drill program, which is expected to commence on or about October 12, 2025. The Trident property hosts an alkalic porphyry copper-gold-silver prospect with district-scale potential and is accessible by vehicle. Pacific Empire has also granted an aggregate of 7,700,000 stock options to officers, directors, and consultants of the Company. The Pinnacle project, another property of Pacific Empire, is located 60 km west of Centerra Gold's Mt. Milligan Copper-Gold Mine. Pacific Empire is a copper exploration company based in Vancouver, British Columbia, with a district-scale land position totaling 22,541 hectares.

The successful completion of the first tranche of the private placement will enable Pacific Empire to fund its upcoming diamond drill program at the Trident project and maintain its general working capital. The company's strategic land position and promising prospects, such as the Trident and Pinnacle projects, position it well for future growth in the copper exploration sector.
