Product Content Manager at Senior Level

Responsibilities
The Senior Programs Manager will develop and execute a roadmap for product-related content programs, including training, certification, and adoption strategies. They will apply agile, data-driven methodologies to optimize program design, content creation, and delivery processes for scale and efficiency. The role also involves driving operational excellence through program and process optimization, leading market and customer research to identify content gaps and training needs, and fostering collaboration and promoting best practices across remote teams.
The Senior Programs Manager will own global content operations from asset governance to cross-functional delivery, running regular audits to maintain content quality, using data to drive content decisions, and owning how we track success.
