As a Payroll Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring compliance, and providing excellent support to employees. Your role will require project management skills, the ability to handle multiple smaller projects at once, and strong organizational skills with attention to structure and deadlines.

To be a successful candidate, you should have 3+ years of payroll processing experience, with a good understanding of payroll principles, basic tax mechanics, and benefits administration. Familiarity with BI tools such as Looker and Excel/Google Sheets is essential, and experience with payroll operations in more than one country and Alteryx is a bonus.
