Salesforce and CSC partner to modernize complaint resolution in rural India

The goal of this collaboration is to improve resolution timelines, empower VLEs with modern tools, and foster greater transparency and trust in citizen services. By reducing delays and improving tracking of citizen requests, AI-powered case management and orchestration tools will contribute to improved service efficiency and transparency.
Moreover, the collaboration is expected to enhance accessibility for rural and semi-urban populations, as CSCs equipped with Salesforce-powered systems will provide easier access to government and digital services.
