Skilled Frontend Technical Specialist

With a clear product thinking, an eye for polish, and attention to design details, you'll be responsible for designing and optimizing interactive experiences that make complex workflows simple.
Your role will involve building, shipping, and owning major parts of the product UI in React + Next.js. You'll also help define the frontend system and component library as the company scales. With a strong understanding of responsive UI, accessibility, and usability principles, you'll contribute to architecture, performance, accessibility, and responsiveness across browsers.
In this high-trust, high-autonomy team, you'll have real ownership. You'll be working closely with product, design, and backend teams to ensure seamless integration and clarity. The team offers freedom to do one's best work, with a team that moves fast and thinks clearly.
With 8+ years of experience in frontend development, preferably with a strong proficiency in React (Next.js a strong plus), you'll have the opportunity to build systems, not just features, and see your work go live, fast. You should also have a solid grasp of JavaScript and TypeScript.
The role requires experience in building and testing APIs, with comfort in using HTTP, Postman, and debugging. You'll need to be curious and autonomous, able to dig in, learn fast, and solve problems without waiting.
The compensation package includes a base salary of $100K-$155K USD and equity of ~$40K+ USD. The role is remote-first, with a preference for Eastern European time zones with overlap to US EST working hours. The option for B2B or full-time permanent position is available.
