SOFTSWISS Prevents €15M in Fraud, Warns of AI Deepfakes Threat

SOFTSWISS, a leading iGaming software provider, has highlighted its commitment to player safety and security. Ilya Nesterov, Anti-Fraud Team Lead, recently discussed the team's accomplishments and the evolving landscape of fraud tactics.

From January to August 2025, SOFTSWISS' Anti-Fraud team prevented over €15 million in fraudulent transactions. They also resolved more than 56,000 tasks and processed 70 player complaints during the same period. Nesterov praised the team's dedication and efficiency.

Fraudulent behaviour patterns have remained consistent, but new threats are emerging. Nesterov noted the rising challenge of AI-generated deepfakes.
