Role and Responsibilities

The Payroll Implementation Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the configuration of each customer's payroll according to their specific requirements, ensuring compliance with local regulations. This includes assisting in configuring interfaces, reports, and system configurations to enable parallel and live payroll runs for the initial launch period.

With a minimum of 3 years of experience supporting payroll implementation or system transitions, the ideal candidate will have proven experience working with internal and/or external stakeholders. Familiarity with BI tools such as Looker is a plus, and experience handling multiple smaller projects at once is essential.

The role also requires project management experience, strong organizational skills, a high degree of accuracy, and attention to detail in data handling. Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, with the ability to use formulas and organize data, is necessary.
