Xtelify Launches AI-Powered Digital Transformation Platform for Telcos
Xtelify, a subsidiary of Bharti Airtel, has unveiled an AI-powered software platform designed to transform telecom operations worldwide. The platform aims to optimize field operations, enhance customer experiences, harness data intelligence at scale, and reduce operational complexity and costs.
The core functionality of the platform revolves around three integrated components: the Converged Data Engine, Workforce Platform (Xtelify Work), and Experience Platform (Xtelify Serve/IQ).
The Converged Data Engine provides AI-led, scalable analytics and intelligence for deep market insights, enabling micro-targeted strategies and operational optimizations like spam and fraud detection. The Workforce Platform streamlines field operations and task management in real-time with AI capabilities such as fleet optimization, automated dispatch, and resource optimization, improving productivity of large field teams. The Experience Platform manages omnichannel customer journeys, enhancing service quality through context-aware, secure, and real-time engagement that reduces churn and elevates customer satisfaction.
The platform is hosted on next-gen sustainable data centres and is designed to handle 140 crore transactions per minute. It offers Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), advanced connectivity, and guarantees secure migration, effortless scaling, lower costs, and no vendor lock-ins.
The platform is managed by 300 certified cloud experts and is highly secure and reliable. It is also integrated with Airtel Cloud, a sovereign, carrier-grade cloud infrastructure that offers secure, low-latency computing and data control within Indian borders.
Xtelify has signed three global partnerships for the newly launched platform: Singtel, Globe Telecom, and Airtel Africa. Singtel will deploy the platform for its field teams in Singapore, enhancing their productivity. Globe Telecom is integrating Xtelify's AI-powered platform to provide a more seamless and transparent experience for customers. Airtel Africa will use the platform across 14 countries, empowering their 150K-strong field team with real-time operational intelligence.
Gopal Vittal, Vice Chairman and MD of Bharti Airtel, stated that the launch of the platform is a pivotal moment in their history, taking their platforms to businesses in India and telcos worldwide.
