Turner & Townsend Tapped to Oversee Dubai's Groundbreaking Hyperscale Data Center
A significant leap forward in the UAE's digital infrastructure is on the horizon, as Turner & Townsend, a global professional services company, has been appointed to provide project and cost management services for du's first hyperscale data center in Dubai. This state-of-the-art facility, spanning over a 20,000 square meter greenfield site, aims to significantly expand du's data centre capabilities and hyperscale cloud infrastructure in the region.
Located in Dubai, this ambitious project is set to be a landmark development for du, with an estimated investment of approximately AED 2 billion (about $545 million), and Microsoft confirmed as the main tenant.
