United Kingdom Publisher Rankings for August 2025 by Pixalate: Leading Mobile 'Gaming' Apps with top Programmatic Advertising Traffic Quality
In a recent report, Pixalate, a global platform for ad fraud protection, privacy, and compliance analytics, has ranked mobile apps in the 'Video Gaming' IAB app category based on their programmatic advertising traffic quality. The report, published monthly, highlights the top apps based on Pixalate's proprietary technology and methodology.
The Publisher Trust Indexes, provided by Pixalate, offer breakdowns by 20+ different IAB taxonomy website categories. For the United Kingdom, the report ranks Wordscapes first for the Apple App Store and Word Search Explorer first for the Google Play Store.
Pixalate's data science team analyzed 400 million global open programmatic ad impressions across 15k mobile apps in the 'Video Gaming' IAB category in August 2025. The report ranks mobile apps using Pixalate's proprietary algorithms, which measure metrics such as invalid traffic, Made For Advertising risk, brand safety, ad density, viewability, reach, and other metrics.
The Publisher Trust Index for the top gaming apps in August 2025 across various global regions was also published by Pixalate. The report includes rankings for North America, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM regions. Notably, the report for the United States (US) was also released, with the Publisher Trust Indexes published monthly and including rankings for over 235 countries across four global regions.
Both the US and UK versions of the report are available for download. The report ranks mobile apps in the 'Video Gaming' IAB category based on their programmatic advertising traffic quality, offering valuable insights for advertisers and app developers alike.
