This role offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects, building and customizing WordPress sites, developing custom themes and reusable components, and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Building and customizing WordPress sites
- Developing custom themes and reusable components
- Building plugins and integrations
- Translating business and UX requirements
- Ensuring mobile responsiveness and accessibility compliance
- Collaborating with teams
- Maintaining and updating site components
Required Skills
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in WordPress theme and plugin development
- Deep knowledge of PHP, HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, JavaScript
- Experience building WooCommerce websites
- Familiarity with ACF, Gulp, npm, Composer, and version control (Git)
- Strong understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, comfort with APIs
- A strong eye for design, user experience, and visual consistency
- Detail-oriented, quality-driven, good time management
- Ability to work independently, open-minded and proactive in receiving and applying feedback
- Fluent in written English
Familiarity with deployment tools or Docker is a plus.
